*call center services international* is growing and we are looking for a team lead to oversee and manage the daily operations of our sales team.this role ensures team productivity, campaign performance, and operational efficiency while providing leadership, coaching, and support to team members.*activities*:- oversee daily execution of b2b and b2c campaigns including sales, outreach, and promotional initiatives.- monitor team performance, call activity, and campaign results to ensure goals are met.- provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance- assist with onboarding of new team members.- track campaign performance and prepare reports using microsoft excel and other microsoft tools.- identify opportunities to improve processes, scripts, and outreach strategies.- ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and campaign guidelines.- collaborate with sales, marketing, it, and operations teams to support campaign success.*knowledge, skills, and licenses*:- 2+ years of leadership or management experience.- experience managing or supporting sales, outreach, or marketing campaigns.- proficiency with microsoft office tools (excel, word, outlook, powerpoint).- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.*benefits*:- schedule: 7am - 5pm monday - friday, working occasionally 1 saturday.- monthly bonus: up to $575 based on performance- yearly thank you bonus of $250 dollars based on attendance- savings fund- personal loanstipo de puesto: tiempo completosueldo: $4,* a la semanalugar de trabajo: empleo presencial
