americas financial planning & analysis (fp&a) team
. In this role, you will bring financial expertise and strategic consulting to a wide range of initiatives that support our profitability and long-term business goals. You will work cross-functionally to deliver insights, drive efficiency, and support decision-making through financial analysis, planning, and process improvement, including digital transformation efforts.

* provide financial consulting and analytical support to help achieve profit targets and business plans.
* lead the development of standardized monthly reporting that enables actionable insights and drives business performance.
* perform complex financial analyses and build models to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
* translate data into strategic recommendations and, when needed, lead cross-functional teams to implement them.
* design, develop, and troubleshoot tableau dashboards and business intelligence reports.
* connect and optimize data sources to improve reporting and business processes.
* support financial reporting, forecasting, and systems/process improvement initiatives.
minimum qualifications
* bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
* 4+ years of applicable experience
* advanced level of broad analytical and critical thinking skills
* experience with budgeting and forecasting
* excellent communication and presentation skills
* advanced excel and proficiency
* ability to build financial models, analyze complex data sets, identify key issues, and deliver actionable recommendations backed by sound business judgment and in some cases leading teams to align and implement solutions.

* proficient in sap, bw, bpc, tableau and salesforce
* mba, msa, cpa or other evidence of technical competence
