qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* proven track record of managing high-volume hiring campaigns for hourly roles.
* 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* expertise in sourcing strategies for hourly positions, including online and offline methods.
* strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive results.
* excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ats) and recruitment marketing platforms.
