*what you will do*
the innovation specialist is responsible for guaranteeing projects flawless executions by leading cross-functional teams' alignment, establishing clear project schedules and accomplishing key milestones across all innovation gates.
you will also need to have and end-to end vision to secure resources allocation and inform senior management and leadership on project status, financial targets and critical kpis.
as project leader, you will troubleshoot problems, influence core team & lan leaders and be resilient to better meet project needs:
key responsibilities
- lead cross-functional teams (r&d, packaging, regulatory, trade, mkt, finance, supply) to ensure project success for mexico local innovation projects across all kenvue brands
- set-up process & governance alongside regional team to coordinate local innovation projects, aiming to optimize processes, enabling harmonized way of working across regions
- support training agenda and secure core team new deployments process adherence
- enable regional and local marketing teams' efficient communication to guardian project ´s process approval
- continuously evaluate project progress and be agile on adjusting activities to guarantee flawless execution
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- provide monthly updates to senior management and leadership team on project status and performance with financial vision, outside-in insights and future action plans
- implement innovation process & governance to company end-to-end strategic, financial and planning cycles, such as: demand planning cycles, integrated business plan, financial business plan.
qualifications

required qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, economics, business administration, engineering
- 3-5 years of related experience in project management or a similar role leading cross functional teams
- strong leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- critical thinking: ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate future trends, and develop long-term plans and actions to achieve business goals.
- analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to use insights and multiple sources of data to make informed decisions based on available information.
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- resilient, proactive & troubleshooting skills
