Ensure visitors lock belongings in provided lockers during special projects responsible for appearance of the reception, conference room, pantry, and common office areas, including cleanliness prepare refreshments for client meetings (water, coffee, etc.) Order office and pantry supplies coordinate and maintain office space, telephone lists, security badges, and office keys serve as the main point of contact for building management and local vendors assist with coordinating office events perform general office work for operations, hr, recruitment, and managers as needed work directly with local divisions to assist with project needs act as a point of contact for equipment/services/operations issues in the office liaise with the global operations team assist in special projects as needed as an operations assistant receptionist you are a: bilingual in english and spanish excellent written and verbal english communication skills experience working in an office assistant role, or similar experience from intern to president, we believe that every single employee should have a voice and contribute to the amazing services we offer our clients.
