* process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
* communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address warranty-related questions and concerns
* analyze warranty claims to determine validity and appropriate resolution
* collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex warranty issues
* maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and customer interactions
* generate reports on warranty claim trends and patterns
* assist in identifying areas for improvement in the warranty process
* stay up-to-date with warranty policies, product information, and industry standards
qualifications
* high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or warranty processing
* strong verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish
* proficiency in microsoft office suite and ability to learn warranty management systems quickly
* excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
* knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
* understanding of automotive or consumer electronics industries preferred
