• supervise hiring, training and performance of maintenance technicians.
• perform routine maintenance on equipment as requested and maintain repair records.
• maintain preventive maintenance program to ensure that maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements.
• maintain inventory and safety stock of spare parts.
• coordinate general facility maintenance, including minor electrical repair, painting, furniture assembly and rearrangement of production lines.
• report unsafe working conditions to management.
• provide personal protective equipment to your work team.
• ensure that your work team has and uses the personal protective equipment assigned to them.
• has strong knowledge and expertise in matter of maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance.
• knowledge of electrical software.
• knowledge of mechanical software such as solidworks (preferable).
• possesses leadership qualities to conform and to lead multidisciplinary teams in order to achieve established goals during the development or execution of projects.
• possesses a sense of urgency and is oriented to execute and achieve tasks for themselves and team members to reach defined goals.
• autonomous, does not require external follow-up for task execution.
• fully understands that all efforts within our company shall be directed in benefit of our patients.
• minimum 3 years of experience in a role focused on developing automation solutions and directing, executing, and collaborating on related projects.
