We are seeking a microsoft 365 analyst who will embrace new technology and provide support to various systems.
key responsibilities
* provide technical assistance to microsoft 365, including exchange online, sharepoint online, azure active directory, and microsoft teams.
* create and execute powershell scripts to automate tasks and resolve issues.
* support virtual collaboration tools such as smartsheet and mural.
* analyze and troubleshoot antispam systems to ensure optimal performance.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in it, electronic engineering, or related fields.
* advanced english language skills.
* 1-3 years of experience with infrastructure technologies.
* demonstrated understanding of exchange 2016 and exchange online, azure active directory, sharepoint online, microsoft teams, powershell scripting, and antispam systems.
preferred qualifications
* experience with vbscript, agile framework, and power apps.
* excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
* ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
