Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at The Main Event Cabo located in Cabo San Lucas, BCS. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day operations of the company. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
