- design, implement, and maintain machine learning and generative ai solutions in cloud environments (aws, gcp, azure).
- lead multidisciplinary teams in developing and implementing data and ai strategies.
- ensure the security of implemented solutions by following industry best practices and standards.
- design scalable and resilient architectures that meet business needs.
- implement devops and sre practices to optimize development and operational processes.
- develop and maintain chaos engineering practices to ensure system resilience.
- implement and maintain infrastructure as code (iac) practices using tools like terraform.
- utilize configuration as code practices with ansible and packer to create immutable images in aws and gcp.
- design and optimize jenkins pipelines to enhance existing solutions, following best practices in continuous integration and delivery.
- ensure the adoption of development best practices, including the use of containers and apis.
- manage on-premise technologies, middleware, operating systems, storage, databases, networks, and load balancers.

requirements- bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
- proven experience in machine learning and generative ai.
- extensive experience with cloud platforms such as aws, gcp, and azure.
- solid knowledge in observability, security, system architecture, devops, and sre practices.
- experience leading teams and developing data and ai strategies.
- knowledge of chaos engineering, infrastructure as code, configuration as code, pipeline as code, and security as code practices.
- familiarity with containers, apis, on-premise technologies, middleware, operating systems, storage, databases, networks, and load balancers.
- experience in monitoring, observability, and automation with tools such as ansible.
- proficiency with devops tools such as terraform, ansible, packer, jenkins, splunk, appdynamics, docker, git, among others.
- strong understanding of ai governance, including ethical considerations, bias mitigation, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- advanced proficiency in english.
- demonstrated experience leading migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to best practices, governance policies, and internal processes.
- proven experience in generative ai projects.
- strong design thinking skills to develop user-centric solutions and drive innovation.
