as a community manager at kommuna media, you’ll be the voice of the brand, connecting directly with audiences to foster engagement and maintain a consistent brand presence. In this dynamic role, you will manage social media platforms, monitor online conversations, and ensure the brand’s voice resonates across all channels. This is a position for someone who thrives on creativity, communication, and data-driven strategies to build and strengthen online communities.


day-to-day responsibilities

* schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
* monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback promptly.
* analyze performance metrics and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
* develop and execute engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
* collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
* keep up with trends and propose innovative ways to connect with the audience.


required skills

* proficiency in social media platforms (facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, tiktok, etc.).
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in both spanish and english.
* basic understanding of analytics tools to measure engagement and performance.
* creativity in crafting content and engagement strategies.
* strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
* previous experience in community management or social media roles.
* skills in content creation (graphic design or short-form video editing).
* familiarity with social listening tools.
* understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
* knowledge of emerging trends in social media and digital communication.
