Responsibilities onboarding monitor the onboarding pipeline to ensure a seamless transition at every stage. Ensure staff have a clear understanding of contract terms at the start of each assignment. Collaborate with the client services team on the staff’s first day. Support the onboarding team as needed. Operations conduct first and third-month discussions with staff, providing support as necessary. Document and address staff concerns promptly and accurately. Respond to staff queries through the staff services helpdesk. Monitor, review, and approve staff time logs for each assignment. Collaborate with the client services team to maintain the quality of service delivery. Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency. Stay informed on voluntary benefits available to independent contractors. Offboarding conduct offboarding discussions to ensure proper notification. Guide staff through the offboarding process and coordinate with the offboarding team. Assist with post-offboarding concerns. Other or special tasks assist in preparing and monitoring client-requested reports.
