- 7 to 9 years of experience on a similar role
- advanced english
- sap and hfm knowledge for month closing activities.
- no need-to-know macro pro and sistema de seguimiento (local erp’s), but very open to learn about them, and do manual analysis for sap reconciliations.
- budget and fcst.
- interaction with shared services from all over the world, suitzerland, costa rica, mexico.
- high knowledge on excel to manually populated information.
- innovative, proactive, team member, work under pressure and in a volatile environment.
- legal entity reporting.
- manufacturing variances, labor efficiency/utilization reporting.
