In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and maximizing business conversion across all segments. main responsibilities:
* define and execute the commercial strategy for mexico, ensuring aggressive revenue growth and profitability.
* lead, coach, and inspire the area sales team (associates, sales managers, catering, executives).
* expand market share across leisure, groups, celebrations, corporate segments, both b2b and b2c markets.
* develop strategic partnerships with luxury travel consortia, agencies, and lvmh maisons.
* develop annual sales forecasts and plans with monthly and quarterly objectives, and establish a monthly sales report outlining all key achievements.
* work in collaboration with the area director of marketing and marketing team to ensure resources are available to deliver the sales plan.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent.
* 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality sales.
* proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving market share growth.
* strong leadership and team development skills.
* strategic thinker with ability to execute hands-on when required.
* extensive network in luxury travel segment (consortia, agencies, hnwi).
* fluency in spanish and english, both written and spoken.
* willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
