- maintain clear and proactive communication with internal team members to avoid bottlenecks.
- help build and refine processes that make client projects more efficient and scalable.
- participate in internal and client-facing meetings; document action items and follow through on deliverables.
*skills & experience*
- 1-2 years of experience in *account management, project coordination, or marketing support* (agency experience is a plus).
- strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- excellent communication skills — proactive, clear, and professional.
- comfort using *project management tools* (clickup, asana, monday, or similar).
- detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and qa.
- bonus: exposure to copywriting or design review processes.
