job duties
* analyze mrp daily and place purchase orders accordingly.
* ensure accurate and timely order entry and updates in the system.
* track raw material shipments from suppliers to production.
* resolve delivery, quality, cost, and invoice discrepancies.
* maintain optimal inventory levels and support production planning.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend required meetings.
* support quality, environmental, and safety initiatives, including 5s+1.
* perform tasks ethically, efficiently, and as assigned by management.
qualifications
you must have:
* 3–5 years of experience in raw material purchasing. Proven background in procurement within manufacturing environments.
* skilled in interpreting mrp outputs, inventory status, demand forecasts, and experienced in using sap for materials planning.
* able to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages for effective cross-functional and supplier communication.
* capable of using excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking procurement metrics.
