the position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates hr-related needs. This position is responsible for labor law compliance, promoting company values, running hr global initiatives, growth & development for all employees, following up on company policies and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees
key responsibilities
execution of human resources strategy and objectives to comply with regional priorities.
proposes employee relations strategy (union, legal labor compliance and mediation)
keeps updated track up union relations and labor board cases.
creation of performance action plans related to attrition and disciplinary kpis (partnering with operation and other support areas)
execution of operations staff recruitment and selection process
consult with line management, providing hr guidance when appropriate.
create a gptw action plan and establish follow-up process
assure compliance to un global compact compliance.
ensure the execution of hr programs and initiatives
provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
education and specific training
bachelor´s degree or equivalent (required)
master´s degree (desired)
fluent english (required)
work experience
2 years of experience in human resources.
experience in local law regulation
human resources procedures
call centre management
