We’re looking for a creative media strategist (va) who can edit viral-style short-form videos, manage social content, and create ad creatives that perform. If you understand the science behind viral content — hooks, pacing, ctas, and trend alignment — this role is for you. Position overview as our creative media strategist, you’ll handle both content creation and execution for good boi marketing and our clients. You’ll take raw footage, edit it into scroll-stopping short-form videos (reels, tiktoks, shorts), and manage posting and performance tracking. This is not a “just edit videos” job. You’ll be responsible for creating content that gets views, builds engagement, and converts.
