you will lead the monthly demand planning process, working hand-in-hand with sales, finance, marketing, and it systems to update demand plans and ensure seamless execution. * demand planning: develop and maintain accurate demand plans based on market research, customer insights, and internal data.

requirements:
* minimum 5 years: supply chain experience, with a focus on demand forecasting and planning.
* analytical skills: strong excel analytical experience (vlookup, pivot tables, working with complex data).
* language proficiency: english language fluency (speaking, reading, and writing).
* geographic location: must reside near one of our facilities in mexico or usa.
preferred qualifications:
* bachelor's degree: statistical or supply chain related disciplines.
* mba: master's degree in business administration.
* apics certification: certified in production and inventory management.
