essential responsibilities:
* ensure reception team members work with a sales-focused attitude and are aware of sales opportunities within the resort.
* attend daily operation meetings and actively participate in guest events when requested.
* review vip arrivals and special events, ensuring seamless execution.
* release non-guaranteed reservations at appointed times.
* communicate effectively and assist guests in an efficient, warm, and professional manner.
* maintain a consistently high standard of presentation for both the department and team members.
* implement procedures to enhance guest satisfaction based on feedback and comments.
* have full knowledge of products and services provided by the resort and local area.
* schedule annual leave for team members during low-demand periods.
* hold regular communication meetings within the department.
* ensure new team members are fully trained and certified to carry out duties as per resort standards.
