Description
strategic & business-driven leadership:
develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, partnering closely with business leaders to drive growth, m&a, and operational efficiency.
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for decision‑making across r&d, production, and sales.
Hands‑on execution:
oversee end‑to‑end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and audit compliance (prc gaap/ifrs).
Dive into process improvements, automation, and risk management to enhance scalability and control.
Team empowerment:
mentor and develop a high‑performing team of 20, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder collaboration:
engage with global/regional leadership, external auditors, and tax authorities to ensure alignment and compliance.
Profile
12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles within multinational industrial/manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to end‑to‑end plant operations.
Full‑spectrum finance expertise, covering accounting, reporting, fp&a, cost control, plant finance, taxation, treasury, internal controls, and compliance - capable of building and managing a high‑performance finance function in a manufacturing setting.
Strategic yet hands‑on finance leader who combines long‑term vision with practical execution; able to translate financial insights into actionable plans that drive production efficiency, cost optimization, and profitable growth.
Trusted business partner to r&d, supply chain, production, and commercial teams - skilled at turning data into operational strategies that enhance productivity, improve margins, and support decision‑making across the value chain.
In‑depth command of prc regulatory frameworks, including tax, customs, and foreign exchange; candidates with cpa/acca/cma or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.
Bilingual fluency (english & mandarin) and advanced proficiency in erp systems (sap/oracle) and excel/bi tools, enabling effective cross‑border collaboration and data‑driven management.
