manage a portfolio of 4-7 acquired technology companies in line with company strategy in mexico
efforts, with both local and global business executives
coach & guide local managing directors in company best practices and help them
delivering operational training sessions for all business units within the portfolio.
nurture senior technology talent within your portfolio to build long term succession plans
previous operational experience of running a software business or unit ( essential)
