We are looking for a results-driven supply chain manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will ensure product availability at the right time, in the right place, and at the right cost—while meeting the highest quality and delivery standards.
you will be responsible for driving overall supply chain performance, aligning operations with corporate strategy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. From raw material procurement to final product delivery, you will oversee and continuously improve both physical and information flows across the organization.

responsibilities
* coordinate production planning and scheduling activities in alignment with business needs, ensuring an accurate mid-term production plan.
* collaborate with operational teams to meet customer delivery commitments while supporting continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
* oversee supplier-related activities, including material planning, requirements, deliveries, performance monitoring, and improvement initiatives.
* manage internal logistics, transportation, and distribution processes.
* monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational performance and service improvements.
* ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
* support the implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and best practices.
* work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sourcing and engineering.
qualifications
* bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
* 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics roles.
* proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* previous leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
technical & functional skills
* strong knowledge of production planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
* experience working with erp/mrp systems and supply chain planning tools.
* solid understanding of kpis, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies (lean, six sigma, or similar).
* familiarity with compliance, trade regulations, and supply chain standards.
