We are a small, fully remote marketing agency based in dublin, working with hospitality, lifestyle and growing brands across ireland and internationally.
Our creative team is currently based in guadalajara, and as we continue to grow, we are looking to add another social media manager to strengthen the team. This is a fully remote position with standard working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We operate in a collaborative, friendly environment where autonomy, responsibility and initiative are highly valued. We do not micromanage - we trust our team to manage their time and deliver high-quality work.
Key responsibilities
- manage and plan content calendars across instagram, facebook, tiktok and linkedin
- create engaging visual content (design + captions) aligned with each brand’s voice
- use ai tools to support ideation, content creation and optimisation
- develop short-form video concepts and collaborate with editors when needed
- monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
- manage multiple client accounts independently
*requirements*:
- strong design skills (canva, adobe suite or similar tools)
- experience using ai tools to enhance productivity and creativity
- excellent written english
- ability to work autonomously without close supervision
- strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- comfortable working remotely within a structured 8:00-17:00 schedule
