we are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and positive fully bilingual marketing specialist with the following profile:
strategy: the marketing specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing both the marketing and digital strategy for jfk as part of the overall annual communications plan, ensuring that marketing objectives are met.
3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
essential functions:
• develops and executes strategic marketing plans to support school recruitment, promotion, and outreach.
• manages campaigns, vendor relations, and the production of all marketing materials.
• leads inbound marketing and tracks performance metrics to guide decision-making.
• creates and curates engaging multimedia content for social media, aligning messaging with brand values.
• oversees content calendars, community management, and student-run accounts.
• analyzes data to optimize digital strategies and coordinates targeted campaigns across platforms.
• creates and manages engaging content for the school’s social media platforms both paid and organic (graphics, photos, videos) using tools like canva, adobe creative suite, or other platforms.
candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing commensurate work-related experience, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
