the ideal candidate will design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent available in the market, ensuring that processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with the organization's culture and business goals.
responsibilities:
define and execute talent acquisition strategies based on workforce planning.
collaborate with department leaders to identify future hiring needs.
manage specialized recruitment for all levels (technical, managerial and corporate roles).
post job openings on digital platforms, social media, and at universities as a employer branding ambassador.
conduct screening, structured, and competency-based interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
ensure a positive experience for all candidates (candidate experience).
collaborate on digital campaigns and job fairs.
promote corporate culture and values across all recruitment channels.
maintain a presence on linkedin and corporate social media.
ensure process management through the hcm platform.
track and analyze kpi's of talent acquisition. (time to hire, candidate pipeline status, no-show rates, etc.)
use hr analytics and ats (oracle) tools to make data-driven decisions.
present regular reports for the improvement of processes.
main requirements:
bachelor's degree in psychology, administration or equivalent experience.
5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
previous experience in talent acquisition strategy & employee branding.
proficiency in applicant tracking systems (oracle), hr databases, and microsoft office suite.
