by being a brand custodian, this position builds up and execute mars wrigley marketing & customer activities designed to achieve specific business objectives, including: nsv, share of market, financial shape and penetration targets.
what are we looking for?
marketing/business/engineering degree or similar
advanced english (oral/written)
ideally 1-2 years of experience (internships and/or full-time jobs)
has experiences leading projects from start to end.
strong analytical and influencing skills.
what will be your key responsibilities?
brand management
assist brand's strategy considering sustainable, accelerated, and profitable shape
collect and analyze market, consumer, and brand data, to support and develop the activity set and portfolio
management for local market within the brand plans
analyze and review brand performance shaping business recommendations
supports brand activation with excellence, including cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and readiness of plans, tracking of performance in market, course-correction and learnings to improve future performance
supports implementation of marketing brand plans & innovation activities.
project management & leadership
supports the creation of the innovation pipeline.
lead s&op projects: deliver all main s&op process main deliverables as well as execution and post launch review.
executes end to over portfolio innovation
responsible for ensuring execution of artworks to meet portfolio needs.
