Overview remote hero is seeking a motivated junior marketing associate to work as an independent contractor with our client. This is a foundational role that combines administrative support with creative execution, ideal for a "go-getter" who is eager to learn and improve. You will be responsible for keeping the marketing engine running smoothly, from managing lead data to designing ad creatives and managing email campaigns. Responsibilities campaign & lead management: oversee administrative marketing tasks, including lead management, data organization, and coordination across various platforms. Reporting & research: conduct marketing research and prepare reports, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing data within spreadsheets. Creative asset production: design and create marketing materials, including static and video ad creatives for social platforms and google ads. Copywriting: draft compelling marketing copy for various channels, including ad copy, social media posts, cold emails, and email newsletters. Campaign execution: assist directly with campaign management for cold email and email retargeting initiatives, and contribute to the execution of google ads campaigns. Workflow & integration support: support the implementation and maintenance of marketing workflows and platform integrations. Spreadsheet proficiency: expert-level comfort and experience working with data in excel and google sheets. Marketing foundation: proven experience with cold email and email retargeting strategies. Creative tools: ability to create engaging social media designs (static and video content) and design email newsletters. Ad platform knowledge: experience or strong familiarity with managing or assisting with google ads campaigns. Technical requirement: must have a working setup that includes at least two monitors to effectively manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously. Language: fluent written and spoken english is mandatory. Bonus skills (nice to have): experience with the go high level platform; experience using cold email platforms like instantly; familiarity with marketing workflows and integrations.
