*responsibilities*:
- provide analytical and problem-solving support for cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- support sourcing data stewardship efforts.
- prepare and manage data requests from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- create rfq, rfp, and rfi documentation.
- develop deal summaries to assist in negotiation preparation.
- build story-board presentations to present data clearly and logically to solve business problems.
- implement processes and controls to ensure procurement data quality.
- monitor data input and coordinate corrective actions to address data integrity issues.
- manage the spend analytics tool (e.g., compilation of spend data, normalization of vendor and spend categories).
- support ad hoc data requests from category and sourcing managers.
