responsabilidades
we are seeking a highly motivated and analytical senior analyst – cost optimization to join our indirect procurement team. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, improving service delivery, and supporting cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, standardization, and spend transparency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights, facilitating cost-out workshops, and driving continuous improvement across indirect categories.
requisitos
* bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., cips, cpsm) is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, with a strong focus on indirect categories and cost optimization.
* experience with procurement systems (e.g., sap ariba, coupa).
* familiarity with lean, six sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* project management experience and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
* experience facilitating workshops, managing multiple projects, and working in cross-functional teams.
* proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements in a complex, matrixed organization.
* strong analytical skills with proficiency in excel, power bi, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
