we are seeking a talent acquisition manager with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, passionate about building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring strategies that support business growth.

* proven experience using ats platforms and ai-powered tools for sourcing and candidate assessment.
* strong ability to attract, evaluate, and engage top talent across multiple roles.
* experience tracking and managing recruitment kpis and creating dashboards to monitor hiring performance.
* business-level english, able to engage in confident and professional conversations with stakeholders.
* a proactive, strategic, and data-driven mindset.

* lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
* implement sourcing strategies using ats and ai tools to identify top talent.
* collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
* build and maintain dashboards to track kpis such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.

* analyze recruitment data to continuously optimize processes and results.
