bpo order to cash is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of end-to-end finance operations processes, focusing on billing customers, managing accounts receivable collections, and applying incoming cash payments.
this role ensures transactional accuracy, customer satisfaction, process compliance, and helps drive improvements across billing and receivables cycles in a bpo or shared services environment.
