*about the role*:
we are looking for a motivated *hr associate* to join our team and play a key role in supporting hr processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in psychology, organizational psychology, or business administration who is passionate about people, process, and organizational culture.
*key responsibilities*:
*administrative support*
- assist in managing hr documents, reports, and employee files
- support benefits administration and payroll processes
- maintain accurate records of employee vacations
- coordinate with insurance providers
*recruitment & onboarding*
- aid in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- support onboarding processes and prepare welcome kits for new hires
*employee relations*
- serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- assist in addressing employee concerns to promote a positive work environment
*training & development*
- coordinate internal training sessions and development programs
*event & communication coordination*
- organize job fairs and coordinate with educational institutions
- plan and execute “lunch & learn” sessions
*policy & compliance*
- support the implementation of hr policies and procedures
- ensure compliance through up-to-date and accurate record maintenance
*what we’re looking for*:
- bachelor’s degree in *psychology*, *organizational psychology*, or *business administration*:
- 4-6 years of experience in hr-related roles
- experience with end-to-end recruitment processes is a plus
- strong communication skills in *english (90% proficiency)* - both written and verbal
- excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable personality
- international experience is a plus
