We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative brand strategist to drive growth in the standard scotch category.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to recruit new consumers through creative initiatives.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement national and local advertising campaigns across all channels.
* monitor brand performance using internal and external data sources to ensure continuous improvement and goal tracking.
* liaise with the media & digital team to implement media plans and initiatives that drive business results.
* work closely with the commercial/trade marketing team to develop brand promotions and shopper experiences that meet consumer needs.
* partner with the culture & entertainment team to create innovative plans that increase brand talkability and conversation.
* liaise with the innovation team to deliver multiple innovations to market, securing setup and on-market retail execution.

* 3-6 years of marketing experience
