* develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
* oversight of brand-building and lead generation initiatives across all media channels.
performance metrics
* ownership of key performance indicators (kpis) including customer acquisition cost (cac), return on investment (roi), lifetime value (ltv), and cost per lead (cpl).
* continuous testing and optimization of campaigns using analytics tools such as looker studio, google analytics, and hubspot.
hands-on campaign management and execution
* direct launch and management of campaigns using meta, google ads, activecampaign, hubspot, and other relevant tools.
* creation and testing of copy, creatives, and funnels with agility and insight.
