Tasks
- the sales manager is responsible for the overall project planning, execution and delivery of a product that meets (internal or external) customer requirements; within agreed business plans (bp).
- key player on budget preparation and forecast accuracy.
- develops and introduces strategies on the region as per market tendencies and as per ssl oem global strategies.
- plans, executes, supports, coordinates and ensures successful projects launching within defined target on: cost,time,quality.
- leads actions to resolve concerns and/or escalates potential issues to top management in case of conflicts on meeting defined project targets
*qualifications*:
- professional experience in the automotive industry / program management or sales.
- active communication with customers sales teams (tiers/oems).
- program management (new program launches) advanced knowledge, head of projects.
- cost calculations, margin, ros, financial impacts.
- sap system.
- plc process.
- communication skills.
- analytical skills.
- negotiations skills.
- language skills: english level "advanced".
- international project experience, recommended.
- customer oriented with high focus on quality and costs.
