technical skills
* 6+ years of experience in pricing, rating, or insurance data products
* proven hands‑on experience with earnix (or similar pricing/rating platforms) in a ba / product owner capacity
* strong expertise in backlog management and prioritization
* solid understanding of guidewire integration and insurance ecosystems
* experience managing complex, cross‑system dependencies
* strong focus on data quality, governance, and production readiness
