We are building a technical team focused on ai, machine learning, and model testing, working closely with global teams. We are looking for professionals who want to remain hands-on, work directly with models, and contribute to real, high-impact projects. This position is strongly focused on practical, technical work, actively participate in the development, validation, and testing of machine learning and ai models in complex and demanding environments.
what you'll do:
* actively contribute to the development and/or testing of machine learning, ai, or statistical models
* analyze, validate, and assess models from a technical perspective
* work with programming and analytical tools
* collaborate with international teams on the design and execution of technical solutions
* provide technical judgment and input on complex data and model-driven projects
qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience with python / machine learning
* hands-on experience developing or testing ml / ai models
* ability to work directly with models and technical tools
* advanced english
* bachelor degree
while the position is primarily based in mexico city, we are open to candidates residing in guadalajara, querétaro & nuevo león.
