Lead industrialization efforts for new products, including process definition and tooling development. Drive global lean initiatives to harmonize best practices and eliminate process variation. Collaborate with quality engineering to develop globally consistent pfmeas and control plans. Partner with r&d and operations to ensure new product designs support standardized manufacturing requirements. What we're looking for bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field. Several years of manufacturing engineering experience in a multi-plant or global role. Proven experience implementing standardized manufacturing processes across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of lean principles and process capability tools (doe, spc, pfmea). Experience with complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid system manufacturing.
