Insight global is seeking an hr business analyst to support a global hr document management automation initiative.this role will focus on translating hr business requirements into scalable, automated document solutions fully integrated with workday.the analyst will act as the connective tissue between hr, it, product owners, and external partners, ensuring requirements are captured, templates are standardized, and implementations are delivered with strong testing and change coordination across the u.s. and mexico.key responsibilities serve as the primary liaison between hr stakeholders and it, translating hr processes and documentation needs into technical requirements lead requirements gathering and template selection for automated hr documents, prioritizing high-volume, high-impact use cases coordinate with country product owners (u.s. and mexico), removing administrative burden so smes can focus on process ownership support and manage a heavy testing and validation phase, ensuring automation outputs align with hr policies and local requirements required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably supporting hr, hris, or people operations initiatives strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements proven ability to translate non-technical hr needs into technical solutions experience supporting enterprise system implementations or integrations (workday experience strongly preferred)
