a snapshot of your day
to ensure business continuity within the switchgears queretaro factory, you will be responsible for all aspects of training for the growing workforce (both white‑collar and blue‑collar employees). The factory "el marques" plant is already in production, and your role will focus on supporting its scale‑up and continuous capability development.
you are responsible for developing role‑based curricula, supervising their implementation, and strengthening the newly established training center. This role will be based in queretaro, supporting the ongoing growth and capability expansion of the site. Join us on our incredible growth journey!
how you’ll make an impact
•develop the curriculum and training plans for the various job profiles for the switchgears factory in close alignment with other stakeholders.
1. lead project to implement a new training center for blue-collar personnel
2. coordinate the training activities of white/blue collar employees with local management and stakeholders
3. organize the internal and external trainers/mentors to conduct the training, if required, deliver basic training as back-up
4. implement global training initiatives (like tools, content) at a local level
5. maintain accurate records of training activities, participant data, and program outcomes (assure that the status of learning is reflected in respective tools)
what you bring
6. bachelor´s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
7. minimum of 4 years’ professional experience as training coordinator or project manager in a related field
8. strong organizational and project management skills, means the ability to plan, schedule, and manage training efficiently
9. excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders globally
10. formal certifications in training and education are a plus
11. fluency in spanish and english
