we are seeking an experienced verification engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying new and existing features for intel's next-generation cpu ip.
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer architecture, hardware description languages, and test bench development. Experience with system verilog uvm/ovm and at least one programming/scripting language such as c/c++, perl, ruby, python, and unix (linux) is required.
you will work closely with design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high-quality test plans, functional coverage, and tests.

key responsibilities
* develop pre-si validation test plans and test scenarios to prove the correctness of the design.
* development of components for a simulation-based environment: bus functional models, trackers, checkers, scoreboards, and testbenches.
* performing and debugging digital simulations and driving to closure of bugs.
* development of functional coverage and achieving coverage goals.

requirements
a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field with 6+ months of relevant work experience.
in-depth computer architecture knowledge, experience with hardware description languages (such as vhdl, verilog or system verilog), test bench development with system verilog uvm/ovm, and experience with at least one programming/scripting language are required.
an advanced english level is also required.
