as a consultant at deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives.
you will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with change management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process.
support design, development and delivery of communication materials and communication while executing on the overall project timeline and key milestoneslearn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideascompletion of coursework ( egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry~ responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks~ advanced english level~ background in digital communication tools~ proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design software~ strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness~ master's degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology; previous experience in industry or consulting in communication and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions spacefamiliarity with erp systems e.g. Workday/oracle/sapprofessional developmentfrom entry-level employees to senior leaders, we believe there's always room to learn.
