- gather requirements and analyze business processes related to materials management.
- configure and customize the sap mm module, including procurement, inventory, sourcing, and warehouse management scenarios.
- provide second
- and third-level functional support and incident resolution.
- prepare functional and technical documentation.
- conduct end-to-end testing and support user acceptance testing.
- coordinate with technical teams (abap, basis) and collaborate with consultants from other modules (sd, fi, wm).
