- design cement and co2 research project landscape.
- coordinate cement innovation projects supporting the company operational needs.
- state of the art review.
- assure research findings ae properly documented.
- projects management, review and tracking
- coordinate smart innovation projects updates
- patents filing (in collaboration with ip department)
*position challenges*:
- maintain & evolve an internal network with all cemex cement operations and innovation departments
- strategic projects definition for cement & co2 innovation projects.
- identify new cement chemistry and decarbonization related processes and technologies from the very initial phase, when the most advantage can be taken, but also when information is scarce
- achieve peers recognition in the field to be able to articulate the network
*qualifications*:
- english professional proficiency (mandatory), spanish an asset.
- bachelor degree in chemical engineering.

- 2 years experience in cement chemistry
- technical skills required by role.
- high level of understanding of cement and decarbonization processes.
- high level of understanding of laboratory processes
