*about the role*
we’re a us-based personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced creative strategist to lead our meta (facebook/instagram) ad creative strategy. This is a fully remote position focused on developing high-converting direct response campaigns.
*key responsibilities*
- develop creative strategies and briefs for meta ad campaigns
- analyze performance data to identify winning creative patterns
- conduct competitor and market research to inform creative direction
- collaborate with designers/editors to produce scroll-stopping ads
- test new creative formats and systematically scale winners
- bridge the gap between creative and media buying teams
*required experience*
- 3+ years in paid social creative strategy (specifically meta)
- proven track record creating successful dtc ad campaigns
- strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- experience with direct response marketing principles
- portfolio demonstrating high-performing creative work
