The key account manager is responsible for managing, developing, and expanding key strategic accounts within the organization's client portfolio. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, analytical capabilities, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-volume customers in the packaging and manufacturing sectors.the position involves identifying growth opportunities, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring the fulfillment of commercial, technical, and operational requirements. The key account manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as manufacturing, supply chain, planning, quality, and finance to secure high service levels, on-time delivery, and consistent customer satisfaction.this role requires strong business acumen, the ability to interpret customer data, and a proactive approach to developing solutions that support the company's growth strategy. The key account manager also prepares executive reports, leads business reviews with clients, and manages kpis related to sales performance, forecasting, fill rate, otif, and service.requirements5–8 years of proven experience in commercial or key account management roles. Background in packaging, plastics, food & beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, or high-volume manufacturing industries. Experience managing large clients (e.g., walmart, coca-cola, nestlé, unilever, p&g preferred). Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and logistics. Excellent negotiation and financial analysis skills. Intermediate–advanced english. Advanced excel and crm experience. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
