Corporate integration:act as the primary link between mexico-based accounting operations and u.s. Headquarters, managing reporting packages and financial consolidation. Compliance & policy:develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate risk and ensure global compliance. Strategic financial oversight:manage cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for corporate stakeholders. Audit & tax liaison:coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure all local and international obligations are met.requirementseducation:bachelor's degree in accounting. A cpa license or specialized master's degree is a significant advantage. Technical expertise:advanced and current knowledge ofus gaap (non-negotiable). Experience:8+ years in corporate accounting or financial management, preferably in international service-oriented companies or big four firms. Languages:100% bilingual (english/spanish). Must be able to conduct business meetings and write technical reports in english. Cross-border mobility:must possess a validsentri or global entrycard for regular travel to our u.s. offices. Systems:strong experience with cloud-based erps (netsuite, sage, intacct) and advanced excel modeling.compensationstarting monthly salary:$110,000 mxn (gross).
