Collaborate with engineering, data science, and ux teams to ensure cross-functional alignment. Drive agile product development through sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking. Partner with qa to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability. Define and monitor kpis like adoption rate, performance, and roi. Work with ai researchers to optimize ai model performance and ensure continuous improvement.
