Account management specialist
we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced account manager to join our team. As an account manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring that projects stay on track in terms of timeline, scope, and quality.

responsibilities:

* translate technical concepts into clear business language for clients and stakeholders.
* ensure smooth collaboration between client, design, and development teams.
* proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand client services based on evolving needs.
qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a web development agency or tech-focused environment.
* strong understanding of web development technologies, processes, and terminology.
* demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
* proven success in managing multiple web projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* fluent in both spanish and english (verbal and written).
